Since January 23, 2023, the LLP «National Center for Biotechnology» introduced the institution of an anti-corruption compliance service – the position of a Compliance Officer responsible for compliance with corporate standards of integrity in organizations of the quasi-public sector. In the context of combating corruption, corporate integrity means conducting business in such a way as to avoid bribery and other acts of corruption that undermine performance and public trust.
Compliance is a system for managing and monitoring compliance with legal norms, as well as internal rules, standards, and codes of conduct.
