On December 6, 2024, the IV Forum of the Young Researchers Alliance (YRA) took place under the theme “Science-driven economy | Наукоемкая экономика | Ғылымға негізделген экономика.” The event brought together young researchers, industry leaders, policymakers, business professionals, and students for dialogue and experience exchange.
The forum served as a unique platform for discussing the application of scientific approaches in various sectors of the economy. The program included plenary sessions, special thematic discussions, and poster presentations aimed at promoting science and showcasing the achievements of young Kazakhstani researchers. Minister of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan, Sayasat Nurbek underlined the importance of supporting young researchers. The head of the laboratory of human genetics of the National center for Biotechnology Maksat Zhabagin shared results from a social survey among young researchers, highlighting key barriers and opportunities.
