The state prizes were awarded to 50 Kazakhstan workers in the field of science, among whom Vyacheslav Ogai, Professor, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Managing Director of Science, Pavel Tarlykov, Doctor of Ph.D. Associate Professor, Head of the Laboratory of Proteomics and Mass Spectrometry at the National Center for Biotechnology.

The award was established by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is aimed at supporting and encouraging scientists and researchers who have made a significant contribution to the development of science and technology.
