Researcher at Puschinsky Scientific Center for Biological Researches, RAS; senior researcher, Laboratory of Biomedical Physics, Institute for Fundamental Researches of Seoul National University (South Korea, 2004-2009). Mr. Ogay specializes in stem cells, biomedicine, and cell technologies. Author of more than 30 scientific works. He has been awarded with international scholarships for young scientists by International Soros Science Education Program (DDF Foundation) and “Brain Korea 21 Scholarship” Korean Research Fund. In 2009 he was awarded with Honour Certificate of Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for dynamic scientific activity and contribution to development of science in Kazakhstan
